Please update athletic forms for all of your children who intend on playing any sport in the 2025-26 School Year. Choose every sport that your child MAY play as this helps the district makes plans on which sports we will offer for the year. This does not lock a student into playing if they decide down the road that they do not want to play a particular sport.
